The B Word

I met a friend yesterday after long time actually after almost 2 years and had a great talk but initially our talk revolved around why we were not in touch and the answer was each of us expected the other to call and then he uttered the most dreaded four letter word no no not the f word he said the B word, he was busy!!!! ha how I hate it when someone says it.. not that I cant understand the concept of busy just that I don’t agree with it… I mean I don’t understand what’s the point in being busy??? ya ya I know the answers… I want to excel in work…studies…sports…whatever whatever and for that I need to be 150% so I need to be busy..ok now my concept is I agree that you need to work but keep it to 100%... if u are giving 150% that means you are doing 50% extra work who someone else is suppose to do.. At what cost “the cost of ur friends, family, social life, health, worse being lonely in the crowded room! I know most of u if not all will disagree with me saying its necessary for the future… well even I tought the same thing when they said when I was in 10th sacrifice this year rest you will be happy then came +2 and then same dialogue and the Engineering again the same thing… I did all that but still… now its about my carrier and the dialogue has not changed only the context... and yes the intensity also has increased I am fed up and as usual confused.. so I have decided from now onwards hell with the busy aspect.. Cant afford to loose my friends.. family my health and my happiness to this draconic 4 letter word.. From today hell with Busy and three cheers to life…I know its tough.. but isn’t Impossible temporary. And as they say Impossible is nothing
